Asst Manager- Application

Knowledge of automation products like drives, controllers, sensors, servos, PLCs etc.,
Ability to clearly understand the scope of the project and understand customer requirement.
Flexible enough to execute the projects throughout India.
Source new vendors for supply of raw materials / software required for the project.
R & D of various applications. Identify new areas of application development through market research.
Team handling

Installation and Commissioning of the projects allocated and documenting the same as per ISO procedure.
Providing Internal and External Customers’ application support with respect to offsite / onsite within minimum working hours of request.
Responsible for collection of scope of project before project execution.
Training of new joinees on technical topics and on the job training as and when required.
Responsible for giving support to sales team on technical queries
After sales service and support to customer & engineers on all India basis
Receivables collection for application related payments pending.
Factory acceptance tests for all projects handled.
Research and development of application projects.
Single point coordinator for all application related queries/engineer allotment/technical issues/ site issues
Will need to check that the engineers are doing their role as per ISO norms.
Must ensure that the Application Engineers are proceeding for projects only after a technically correct and completed PMS is prepared.
At any point of time to be aware of all the various technical queries coming for the customers/Sales engineers and must ensure a allotment to the respective application engineer with a deadline and must ensure things are done by the deadline.
Report to the management on deviations from the above.

Relevant experience in the field of automation products like drives, controllers, Sensors, Motors, Switch-gear etc.
Strong Mathematical Orientation
Familiarity with Computer Aided analytical tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Deep knowledge of the motion control market.
Willing to travel all over India and overseas.
Willing to serve at any our branches in India viz Delhi, Mumbai, Gujarat, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore or Mysore.
Good leadership skills.
Self driven with “Can do attitude”.
Proficient in PLC programming.
