One of the issues for the users of progressive/transfer stamping presses is the stoppage time to clear slugs from the die cavity every now and then leading to productivity losses. The Electric Shaker designed and manufactured by Strategi Automation is very compact and fits just below the die in the press. It helps to evacuate the slugs formed during the pressing operation without having to stop the press. This dramatically improves the press productivity leading to phenomenal paybacks for the customer. 

The electric shaker is currently designed to evacuate approximately 50Kgs of slugs per hour.
