- 4-row circular-groove 2-point contact guide maintains high performance even with large moment load
- AC Servo Motors with resolver provide excellent environmental resistance
- Ball screw and belt drive options are available
- Nut rotation model available for long stroke applications
Linear Motor Single Axis Robots (PHASER Series)
- Best for applications that require high speed and long travel
- Maximum linear speed of 2.5 m/s can be achieved
- Stroke length up to 4 m is possible
- Payload capacity from 5 kg to 160 kg
