- The health and safety of the people is of highest priority for Strategi Automation Solutions Private Limited, and steps have been taken to ensure the safety of our employees ,keeping them healthy and safe ,while we continue to do business.
- Apart from complying with government directives like ensuring all employees have installed the “Arogya Sethu App”, maintaining social distancing at workplace ,we at Strategi test every employee with a non-contact type thermometer before he/she enters the facility and the same is recorded in a register .
- Biometric has been disabled for attendance and the same is recorded in a register . Sanitiser has been placed at the entrance and every employee must disinfectant his/her hands before and after leaving the facility .
- Based on local government requests to limit exposure levels, we have made appropriate work arrangements and encourage employees to work from home, wherever possible.
- We continue to promote good personal hygiene practises and have increased disinfecting and cleaning in our manufacturing locations and offices.
- We would like to assure our customers that we are adapting our operations to current challenges to continue to meet your needs and maintain supply of our products and services, considering the extraordinary circumstance caused by the pandemic .
- In order to ensure business continuity with our customers, we have reopened all our existing lines of communication .We also make use of virtual technologies to stay in touch with them.
- Our HR continues to engage our employees who have been stranded at different locations across India on daily basis.
