Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) Systems :

  • PLC is a rugged industrial device that functions as a brain of automation system. This device takes decisions based on the logic and controls the automation system. From a simpler automation cell to automating the entire factory, PLCs are the Key. They come as compact fixed PLC to Scalable architecture which communicates between each other and share data to make a complete automation system.
  • Offering an ultra-fast processing speed in nanoseconds per instruction these PLCs are capable of handling high speed sequence control and motion control. Dedicated Motion PLCs are available where there is independent CPUs for sequence and motion control. These motion PLCs will come with inbuilt EtherCAT protocol and can support high end motion profiles such as 3D helical interpolation, circular interpolation, E-CAM, Gearing etc.
  • All these PLC’s have the capability to add extra modules for Digital IO’s, Analog, Positioning, communication, Load cell, temperature etc. Which allows them to be more flexible based on the requirement.
  • We offer PLC solution from Panasonic and Fatek. IEC 61131-3 standard is used for programming these PLCs. Graphical languages such as Ladder diagram (LD), Functional block diagrams (FBD), Sequential flow charts (SFC) and Textual languages such as Structured text (ST) and Instruction list (IL) are fully supported by these PLCs.
  • Standard communication protocols like Ethernet IP (EIP), EtherCAT, MODBUS etc. are available for communication between 3rd party devices and upper-level devices.
