Using precision 6-axis industrial robots (Epson / Fanuc), the system picks high-temperature fasteners and studs coming directly out of induction hardening furnaces, aligns the components, and loads them into thread rolling dies with seamless continuous flow.

Loading and Unloading from a Thread Rolling Machine

A Yaskawa 6 Axis Robot picks fresh shaft components, loads them onto a thread rolling machine and then unloads these components into an exit gravity chute.
