JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in:
- End-to-End Recruitment
- Induction & Training of New Hires
- Employee Engagement Initiatives
- Execution of Performance Management Systems
- Statutory Compliance
- Strong working knowledge of Naukri and other job portals for sourcing profiles
DESIRED PROFILE
- Prior experience in an SME environment preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and people-oriented

EDUCATION
Graduate with MBA in HR (Mandatory)
